*Returns must be made within 14 days of the day of delivery. The customer is responsible for returning the items securely in its original packaging. Items must be un-used and remain in excellent condition. If items are returned damaged or soiled, the merchandise will be either refused or a minimum of a 25% restocking fee will be applied. A copy of your invoice must be secured with the package. Failure to do so may result in refusal of the merchandise and refund.
*The customer is responsible for all return fees and processing associated with shipping the returned merchandise. It is recommended that the customer insure the package for the value of the merchandise against loss or damage. World Accents is not responsible for the loss or damage of any package, therefore the customer is responsible for any claims or disputes with the carrier regarding these circumstances.
*In the event that the customer receives the merchandise defective or damaged, immediate contact should be made to our store no more than 48 hours of receipt. Additionally, a picture of the damage /defect should be emailed immediately for processing. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of a return.
*Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the initial shipping charges. Please allow up to 30 days for items to be received, processed and refunded.
